Don’t let up.
That’s pretty moving.
I’m at one of the Santa Monica offices right now. Callers are still asking Obama supporters if they’re willing to volunteer for GOTV calling.
I am going to miss all of the awesome Internet videos.
California GOP just now filed an FEC complaint against Obama for flying to see his now-deceased grandmother on his campaign plane.
I love the smell of Repu’ublicist desperation in the morning! Smells like Obama victory.
What if he pays for the flight?
And what does this tell you about Republican family values?
If flight payment becomes an actual issue I swear I’m asking every knitter in the known universe (and there are a lot of us…some more closeted than others) to donate a buck or two to reimburse the cost. Knitters love grandmas…and hate stupidity.
The timing of the press release is beyond transparent. Moreover, given that she just died, it’s gonna justifiably blow up in their faces.
“…Joe? Joe the Plumber? Is Joe here? How ’bout those Phillies, Erie?…”
In Pennsylvania this morning, the Obama voter database was broken into and all volunteers for one city were robo-called and told they didn’t need to come in and volunteer afterall. . . several hours after no one showed up at the office, they started tracking down volunteers. . .
The GOP’s ability to hypocritically point fingers at Democrats for Palin’s public work email being hacked, while doing the same to Democrats never ceases to amaze me. I hope they track the schmuck down who tried to help out the GOP for prosecution.
I LOVE that he ran a policy ad in the middle of tonight’s network news . . . . This is an example for us all to try to live up to, and a story to tell our children and grandchildren.
Meanwhile, GWB has, quite literally, approved the mass shitting upon Americans by factory farmers.
And it’s not just shit. As the Times points out
Interior is also awaiting E.P.A.’s concurrence on a proposal that would make it easier for mining companies to dump toxic mine wastes in valleys and streams.
Expanded listing of the (latest batch of) crimes against humanity can be found here.
Short version – “As a Republican, I will pour shit and toxic waste into your water supply.”
And they wonder why the ‘brand’ is in trouble…
They didn’t get the memo that now only 22% of the population will believe quite literally anything they’re told, down from 73% in 2003.
