Iowa Concession Speeches
Edwards and Hillary were hilarious. Edwards and his wife acted as if they had won. There was not one mention of congratulations to Barack and then he launched into a mini version of his stump speech. This guy has been awake so long, someone should clue him in to what happened.
As for Hillary, although she had the grace to concede to Obama, she then went on to claim that she was responsible for the large turnout. LOL. The Clinton’s are in denial but they have no way to combat these two large demographic pigs in the python: The boomers and Gen Y who see in Obama a political movement, not just an election campaign.
Watching MSNBC, I get the feeling that at the top of GE, there is a notion that Barack Obama would be good for “Brand America” , of which GE is a major part.
Skip the concession speeches and dig on the acceptance speech. That was enough to bring tears to any one of the hopeful. Go Barack!

Jeff, thanks for saying “tears”. I sorta bawled. The last presidential election dibacle was so painful , I can’t handle “hope”.
A beautiful night, nonetheless, and it should shine if only for the moment.
